For the planner who wishes to add a truly memorable experience to finish off the event, we offer mouth watering tri-tip that we barbecue on site. The tri-tip option comes with rice pilaf, chili beans, green salad, and complementary ice tea and dessert cookies.

We do breakfast buffets, brown bag specials, and even a build your own beer cart option. Customize your tournament’s food component with Chicken teriyaki, lemon herb chicken, chili lime chicken, BBQ Chicken, slow smoked brisket, rigatoni marinara, or even pork carnitas and green chili quesadillas. Choose one or more sides like rice pilaf, cole slaw, potato salad, garlic bread, refried beans, Spanish rice, or chili beans. We also can do side salads, garden salads, or Caesar salads. Wash it all down with your choice of fountain drinks, ice tea, bottled water, lemonade, or even a cold brew.
